We are now in the Taiwan airport on a layover before leaving for Seattle. There is a Taiwanese dumpling bar here and we are enjoying soup dumplings, noodle soup with vegetables and hom bow. The airport is impressive. It is ultra modern, quiet and very clean.
Our flight leaves in 2 1/2 hours at 11:00 pm. Taiwan is chilly so we have all pulled out our sweaters. We are getting prepared for the Seattle weather now.
